Loved this place, great food and great staff, rooms are on small side but ideal for us, pool great and tram right outside, only negative is the toilet situation as it’s very very narrow! Apart from that will be back again soon..

The toilet in my in my room was very small and find it very difficult to sit comfortably as your knee touch the side of the bath and other knee touching the wall. Both my wife and l where using the public toilet in the lounge. Would not want stay in the hotel again if l was given a room with that toilet. Other wise lovely staff good food and enjoyed the entertainment

Went to cleveleys on tram came back to room an expensive item had gone out my room. No one knows anything, won’t be going back there !

Hotel needs quite a lot of updating that needs to be sympathize to its style and history, bathrooms are poorly laid out and need bath ripping out and remodeling. Food was at an acceptable standard and I loved the allocated table in the restaurant. One lift out of order, didn’t look like it has worked for some time.

Really poor throughout the hotel, needs a revamp badly. Huge old building with with character but been left to just go stale. Such a shame could be nice if tarted up

We, the wife and me, went in May 25 for a mid week half board break. Great check-in as usual. Had a nice snack at the bar while waiting for our room. Good evening meal and then a full English breakfast. Weather was fantastic, spent a day out and about. But then sadly, due to a problem we had to finish our stay there early. Staff though were very professional about it all. Rock on our next visit to this great hotel

Love this hotel been around 6-7 times and others in the group but Cliffe is our favourite We love the food, the service and the entertainment …. At amazing value . We have done odd mights when in town to see shows at Winter Garden Theatre , we have done the “Tinsel and Turkey” events…. and the “All inclusive deals “ We only good things to say about our little retreat oasis

A 4 night half term stay, 1 Adult one Child. Been before and no doubt we will return. Thank you Cliffs! Food, we are picky eaters and often didn't like the main. Lots of empty plates from other guests though. Yum Yum! However, we never went hungry. As there is a starters buffet, with meat, salad, rice etc. Staff very accommodating! Room, we were located on the first floor. Whilst rooms are far from luxury, they were clean, fresh, airy and had all the facilities such as TV, tea, coffee etc. Noise, we were at the end of the corridor, so very little traffic at night walking passed. However, considering it was half term and busy people respected being quiet after 11pm. Games Room, ideal for older kids who like gaming Xbox and PlayStation. Pool, we didn't use it this time. Entertainment, we didn't use night entertainment, but there is a billboard in reception to tell you all the details and times. Bingo, caberaet etc. Parking, difficult to park on the car park, but plenty of FREE parking in the 2 side streets either side. The only slight real issue was the cost of the bar and cafe. In fairness, it's 2 years since our last visit. And we are in a cost of living crisis, so I guess it can't be helped.

The food was really good, the best thing about the hotel really. Hotel needs a refurb as pretty dated. Also cleanliness could be better. Rooms should be made up every day with fresh towels if required.
